Elmo was made out of Rice Krispies. The cake was vanilla flavored with buttercream filling and fondant. The blocks were made out of RKT also.

Retirement Cake

The globe is chocolate cake with moouse filling and fondant. The bottom cake is vanilla cake with buttercream filling and fondant. The decorations were made from either fondant or gumpaste.

Hawaiian Island Cake

Vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The sand was vanilla oreo cookie crumbs, the other decoration was made with fondant and /gumpaste. I made the little girl figure our of modeling chocolate and fondant. The hut and rock was made from RK and covered with fondant.

Vanilla and butter cake with butter cream and fondant icing. I airbrushed the red stripes and then detailed them with edible luster dust. I trimmed the circles and stars in dust as well.

Cupcakes made for a Twilight theme sweet 16 party. The wolves were chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling and chocolate butter cream icing. The vampire bites were butter cake with strawberry filling.
